Father's Day Freebie Printables

Have you thought about FATHER'S DAY yet? If you're anything like me you're just getting used to summer and all the kids being home from school. Father's Day already? Wow! Times flies! To help you all out in creating a memorable and fun display to surprise DAD this year, I've got a FREEBIE to share with all of you today. With this little Tie-riffic free set of printables you can pull together something special for dad inexpensively and quickly, too.

Photobucket
The set includes a cute tie-shaped "Happy Father's Day" banner, some great tie-shaped centerpiece signs, and cupcake topper sized ties, too. And best of all.... I made a page for DADs, for GRANDDADs and another page for STEPDADs just to cover all scenarios. I hope you all love them!

CENTERPIECES: Hot glue the tie printables to a wooden skewer (found in the grocery store or dollar store) and stick them in a piece of styrofoam inside of a bucket or jar. Add a few brown shreds, a twine bow you've got a quick and simple centerpiece!

Photobucket
CUPCAKE TOPPERS: Hot glue the cupcake toppers or sandwich toppers to toothpicks for a cute display. You can even make these MAPLE BACON CUPCAKES here -- how fun is that for dad!

Photobucket
BOTTLE GIFTS: Coke, beer, root beer.... whatever your guy prefers, just wrap the bottles in the printable decorative paper that comes in the freebie set. Then you can wrap the box in the decorative paper and add a twine bow with one of my Father's Day tags. These ties could also be used to top wrapped gifts.

So if you've got a TIE-riffic Dad, step dad or even granddad follow these instructions to receive your FREEBIE set of Father's Day printables.

Good Grief, It's Mother's Day!

I have had this free download on TPT for about a week. But with all the teacher appreciation gifts I forgot to post about it.

This activity works great with Good Grief, It's Mother's Day from Peanuts or alone.
The students can write a letter to mom, list nice things you can do for mom and make a card and craft ideas.

Enjoy:)

Teacher Appreciation Jackpot! Sunday Freebies...

This week is Teacher Appreciation Week, and today is sure to be your lucky day! I'm excited to share the very first Teacher Appreciation Jackpot, an amazing "blog hop" event involving over 140 bloggers!

The bloggers wanted to show their appreciation in a BIG way, so they're giving away one of our TeachersPayTeachers products! Each free gift will be valued at between $3 and $8, and the total jackpot amount is over $600!

Because so many bloggers are participating, this event is divided into three grade level groups. Each of those smaller events is being coordinated by one blogger as shown below:
By the way, TeachersPayTeachers is showing appreciation for educators this week by offering 10% off all products from today through Tuesday. In addition, I'm offering 20% more off everything in my own TeachersPayTeachers store! After you download your freebies, I hope you'll come back and shop later to save on great teaching resources!

Enjoy:)
